Information For LodeFest Guests

We're so excited to bring you another LodeFest and we are all looking forward to welcoming you to the Lower Lode Inn for another fantastic weekend of live music, beer and family fun. The following information will help you plan a great weekend with us.

Buying Tickets:
First of all, please make sure you can attend when you buy tickets. Tickets are non refundable and non transferable. If you want to camp with us, you'll need both a weekend ticket, and a camping pass which can be purchased as an add-on. Camping is very limited so if you are planning to camp, please book as soon as you can.

Weekend camping includes Friday night (26th of August), Saturday night (27th) and Sunday night (28th).
If you would like additional nights before or after the festival, please contact the Lower Lode Inn on 01684 293224 to book these separately. We will do our best to make sure you can keep your spot throughout the festival if you arrive before hand, but this can't be guaranteed and we may need you to move on the first day of the festival. 

Food and Drink
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink if you are camping with us for the weekend, but this may only be consumed in the camping areas, not in the main festival areas. Only food purchased from the Lower Lode Inn can be consumed in the pub and the beer garden.

The Lower Lode Inn will be providing a range of fast food during the festival, but a menu of pub food will also be available, as will a Sunday Carvery. 

Sunday Roast
If you'd like a full Sunday roast lunch on the last day of LodeFest, please book this with the pub on 01684 293224 as spaces will be limited. There will, of course still be a range of other food available.

Music starts at 4:30pm on Friday the 26th Of August, and from around Mid Day on Saturday the 27th, and Sunday the 28th. Check out our schedule page for more information when it becomes available. 

We have very limited camping space, so we ask you to bare this in mind. If you have a motor home, caravan, or camper, please do not set up awnings. If you are bringing tents, please be aware that the camping is 'festival style' and spots are on a first come, first served basis. 

Please take rubbish and recycling home with you if you can. We will have waste bins, but it's better (especially for the environment) if you can recycle.
